At Cacao Disidente, we dream of chocolates capable of changing realities, and we work with those who make this dream possible. Working hand in hand with cacao farmers, we research, develop, and select the cacaos with the greatest aromatic potential produced in Colombia. With them, we create a chocolate offering that enhances the sensorial, botanical, and human diversity of Colombian specialty cocoa.

Together with our producer partners, we capture the essence of each terroir in our chocolates, reinforcing the territorial identity and generating well-being through taste.

At Cacao Disidente we believe that specialty cocoa is more than just an ingredient.

It's a source of prosperity for communities, which is why we reward producers for the exceptional cocoa that forms the basis of our products.

We have a lot in common with our producer partners. Like us, they are obsessed with quality, passionate about their work, attentive to every detail of the production process, and committed to their communities.

After years of dissent in cocoa production, our partners are considered the leading figures in specialty cocoa farming in Colombia. With them, we have built relationships that transcend the commercial, based on trust, the exchange of knowledge, and mutual benefit.

We promote the exploration of the shell as a creative input.

To this end, we collaborate with culinary artisans, chefs, bartenders, and artists to incorporate cocoa into multiple creative processes and contribute to responsible chocolate production.
