We are a team of researchers who investigates the agro-bio-diversity of cocoa in Colombia. We individually research each of our cacao cultivars to develop fermentation processes that enable each cocoa strand to gain its fullest expression. Our microlots enclose a universe of aromatic profiles that allow bean-to-bar chocolate makers to explore new horizons of sensory creation.
